Kristina has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and social sustainability consulting. Her career has spanned the private, multilateral and public sectors, with areas of expertise including non-technical risk management; stakeholder strategy, mapping, and engagement; human rights; environmental justice; due diligence; and social performance and impact assessment. Kristina has worked across urban, rural, remote and indigenous communities in North, Central and South America; Asia; and in post-conflict settings in Europe. She brings expertise in international performance standards and various national regulatory frameworks to her clients.
